Hi, I’m Seli Shama, founder of Unbottled.
I’ve spent over two decades immersed in wine, from Tel Aviv to New York and the UK. Along the way, I’ve worked as a wine bar manager, sommelier, and wine buyer. My work has always come back to the same thing, discovering wines that tell a story and sharing them in ways that stay with people.
Unbottled brings that experience together in Israel. We create private and corporate wine tastings, wine workshops, and bespoke wine events that feel like conversations, not lectures.
We also work with hospitality businesses across Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, and beyond to build wine programs that make sense for their space and guests.
Our approach is simple, wine should be engaging, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone.
